COMMENT ON THE CHANGE to the FEDERAL REGISTER

COMMENT ON THE VA's PROPOSED CHANGE TO THE FEDERAL REGISTER

The VA has proposed a change to the VA Adjudication Regulations for Disability or Death Benefit Claims Related to Exposure to Certain Herbicide Agents. Although the proposed change does not affect Canal Zone Veterans directly, it DOES demonstrate the VA's ability to make changes independently of passage of new legislation.

The proposed change is open for public comment until April 12, 2024. Please comment on the change to describe your experience with toxic herbicide exposure in the Panama Canal Zone, and ask them to consider adding Panama to the list of presumptive locations covered by the PACT Act.

The comment I posted may be read here.
